Hello Richard,

I just want to let you know that I really love my new hair. After watching your videos and commercials all these year I always wondered if it could really be this good. Now I know that your hair systems are the best. After what I call the hair make-over I could not wait to show it off. I went to the Hair Club to make sure that my account was canceled. As I sat in the lobby waiting to speak to the regional manager my hair stylist walked pass me and starred at me with her eyes wide open and said come back to me room. She sat me down, looked at my hair and said: " No freaking way!, look at that hair line" and said "wait right here I want our new manager to see"

Soon I was surrounded with 4 hair club employees and one manager, I swear Richard I was honey and they were a bunch of bees. San Antonio, Texas in the dead of summer
If you have ever been to San Antonio in the summer, you know it is like walking into an oven when you go outside. I love Texas but dang, it gets hot! We planned an all day trip to visit the Alamo, hang out at the river walk and go up in the Tower of the Americas. Trust me when I say it was hot. The one thing I kept thinking was even though this is a Farrell system, will the adhesive hold. The first few hours we were at the Alamo I would slip into a bathroom and check the system thinking it might be coming loose on the hair line because I was sweating so much. To my surprise the hair system stood up beautifully and was on tight and my hair style was still looking sweet. Speaking of hair style, there is one thing I noticed and I think only Farrell systems do this because they design each system custom with a part line like your real hair. When I would sweat, my system still looked normal. When I would splash water on it, it would fall just like my real hair. It must be the way they make them because I was pretty impressed with how the system would adapted to my environment.

After a few hours of checking the system every time I saw a bathroom, my paranoia dissipated and after a while I completely forgot I was wearing a hair system and just enjoyed the day.

All and all it was a great day in Texas
Just for the record, I use Farrell’s own Blue Adhesive so your experience may vary depending on what kind you use.

The Final grade for testing the Farrell System in extreme humidity is A+. I couldn’t have been happier with the way the hair system stood up in this heat. After what seemed like 40 gallons of sweat leaving my body, Farrell’s System still looked great at the end of the day.

If you live somewhere like Texas where there is extreme heat and humidity and are worried about the performance of the system, don’t be. At this point I am almost half way through my vacation and the Farrell Hair Replacement System has held up beautifully. Today is the day I do the big roller coaster test. Since I have worn a Farrell System for almost two years now, I have ridden a few roller coasters and there has never been a problem. However the roller coaster I will ride today is a hypercoaster called the Steel Eel. This ride has a 15 story drop and gets up to 65 mph. It's been almost 2 years now since I got the hair system. I must say it's really good.

I apologize for taking so long to finally get around to this, but I wanted to thank all of you for everything that you’ve done for me over the past 6 weeks. Hi Richard! We started rehearsals yesterday and I want to share with you what all went down because I obviously had to tell them about my hair:

1.) My hair dresser could not believe that I was wearing hair and she has worked in the film industry here in new york for many years. She said it was the best she has ever seen!

2.) The stage makeup team could not believe in how non detectable my hair is.

3.) Three hours of dancing and the new adhesive helped. Tackying it with my finger seemed to make it hold, even though I was sweating a lot. Woops, women don't sweat, they perspire.

4.) When we watched the video to see our synchs, I watched myself and my hair and my hair does act like it did before. I am so happy! I think you should think about telling the stage world of what you do because they have not seen this type of level of work.

I know that having my beautiful hair helped me to land this job because when I look pretty, I feel pretty and act pretty. My dancing never has held me back like my feelings have in the past. I have Laura and you to thank.

Thank you to you and Richard for the kindness and extra attention you gave me in New York City this past week. As I know you know, this has been a very difficult transition for me and Andy, surviving the cancer, losing my hair and now trying to get my appearance back. Richard, I have to write you and thank you for my new life.

It has been a month since my cut-in in Los Angeles and I cannot believe how my life has changed. I had always been put off by the rhetoric of hair replacement and I'm sorry to say that it was one of the things that put me off even about Farrell as I decided where to go. Hello Everyone,

It is with enthusiasm and awe that I write this letter of gratitude for my hair systems. I am so delighted to have won them! Dylan, you will never know just how much I sincerely appreciate being the "winner"! My self-esteem has increased 99.9%! To God be the glory! Everyone was so right about Erin. When I look in the mirror, I can't believe how beautiful I am!
