I LOVE my hair.  Everyone back here loves it.  My sister and best friend who would definitely tell me what they think (always have and always will!) were stunned!  I went to show each of them separately and they had no words!  After a minute or so, they started looking at my hairline ( I only told them that I was getting extensions) and then they just couldn't tell me enough how "cool" my hair looked. They got real close and were studying my scalp to the point where I said, "c'mon, back off".  They couldn't find a flaw!   I work with 3 engineers who I fully expected to give me a hard time.  They too were just stunned and complimented me ( total shock).  My kids said, "I can't believe this is my mom!"  No more "mom hair".  I want to thank you  so much.  You are so gifted.  I love my color and cut.  I am so happy.

Hi Richard and Laura, Katrina here. We just returned from our honeymoon and I wanted to send you these photos from the ceremony and some of the photos from the honeymoon.

I could not possibly thank you two enough for getting my hair ready in time for my big day. I don't know what I would have done. Imagine what JA Alternatives did to my hair! You had said that a worker in Los Angeles spent two weeks tying knots so that we could get my hair in time and I would like to send that person a special gift. How can I do that?

These photos really tell my story of our trip to Cancun. My hair withstood the elements for seven days and that Farrell glue held better than any glue has ever held. You cannot imagine what a relief this is going to be for me to know that I do not have to worry about my hair falling off. Farrell has done so much for me, I feel like the quality of my life has already changed.

Laura, thank you for the time you took with me yesterday in Los Angeles to resolve the issues with my full cap system. I have been through so many companies and I have never had anyone listen to me like you did and take measures to resolve my concerns. You and Richard have been so very kind to me and you have kept your promise to work on these hair systems until they were perfect. I believe the fine tuning on this pair of systems are done and I am satisfied to say the least.

I was really concerned that you and your people there were seeing me as a problematic and complaining client who is never satisfied. When Richard said to me that clients like me inspire you two to just do better and better, I almost cried. My husband Scott said as were driving away that you people are "class acts". I agree!

Hi Richard! We started rehearsals yesterday and I want to share with you what all went down because I obviously had to tell them about my hair:

1.) My hair dresser could not believe that I was wearing hair and she has worked in the film industry here in new york for many years. She said it was the best she has ever seen!

2.) The stage makeup team could not believe in how non detectable my hair is.

3.) Three hours of dancing and the new adhesive helped. Tackying it with my finger seemed to make it hold, even though I was sweating a lot. Woops, women don't sweat, they perspire.

4.) When we watched the video to see our synchs, I watched myself and my hair and my hair does act like it did before. I am so happy! I think you should think about telling the stage world of what you do because they have not seen this type of level of work.

I know that having my beautiful hair helped me to land this job because when I look pretty, I feel pretty and act pretty. My dancing never has held me back like my feelings have in the past. I have Laura and you to thank.

I do hope you come to the show in three weeks if you are here in New York. If you are going to be in town, let me know

Richard & Laura, my new hair is awesome! I cant believe how much more invisible it is than my other two systems which were the best I had ever worn. This new glue is awesome too! Thank you for making the time to cut in my hair system on such short notice and for making sure the hair was ready for my Dad's wedding. Some of my family who saw me asked if there was a cure for Alopecia now and I said yes... Well this is LIKE a cure. LOL! So I wasn't lying to them. This new hair is the next best thing to a total cure. I want to order two more identical systems and make my old pair just an emergency pair. Hi Laura.

Thank you to you and Richard for the kindness and extra attention you gave me in New York City this past week. As I know you know, this has been a very difficult transition for me and Andy, surviving the cancer, losing my hair and now trying to get my appearance back. I'm a mom, not a career woman, but I still want to feel good and energetic. Even though I do not yet have the maintenance perfect, I am feeling much better looking at myself and seeing the me of two years ago before this trail began. It means so much to Andy and I to know that we have you and Richard in our corner. You two went beyond any expectation of kindness and understanding and I will be very happy to let my oncologist and other doctors know not only of the fantastic work you and your husband are doing for Cancer survivors, but the fact that you do it with kindness and compassion.

When we were in the salon, you showed us a cleaning gun? When we called the salon this morning to order one, they said they do not stock them any longer? Can you assist me in finding out where I might purchase one? I can see that cleaning is going to be an issue and I want to have whatever I need to make it all more simple.

Richard, I have to write you and thank you for my new life.

It has been a month since my cut-in in Los Angeles and I cannot believe how my life has changed. I had always been put off by the rhetoric of hair replacement and I'm sorry to say that it was one of the things that put me off even about Farrell as I decided where to go. I never understood what it meant to "have my life back" but I do understand it now. My career ife has changed. I don't dread going to work. I don't dread going into meetings. Of course this has affected the rest of my life and my family notices a difference.

Richard, my husband Jim said he thought the price of my hair was expensive a few months ago. Last night he said to me, "Barbie, we got a steal. I didn't realize what we were really paying for." This is how I feel, too.

Hello Everyone,

It is with enthusiasm and awe that I write this letter of gratitude for my hair systems. I am so delighted to have won them! Dylan, you will never know just how much I sincerely appreciate being the "winner"! My self-esteem has increased 99.9%! To God be the glory! Everyone was so right about Erin. She worked wonders on my head.

When I look in the mirror, I can't believe how beautiful I am! My husband of 30 years-plus says that I have always been beautiful to him, but he must admit, "That new hairdo makes you look 15 years younger!" Equally important, last night, I did a workshop on Parenting with young, African-American girls. None of them had ever seen me before. During our break, some of their remarks about my hair were unbelievable. Mrs. G, I love your hair. Another young lady (15 years old) commented, Do you have 'good' hair? Smile, Needless to say, I was elated. It was not the good hair comments that made me feel so good about myself. Rather, it was the fact that I have a hair system that looks just like my real hair. For a moment, I totally forgot that I have lupus. What still amazes me is the natural part in the middle, front. Dylan, can you imagine? I haven't shown my whole face since I was 28, (20 years ago!) due to baldness, caused by the lupus.

Thanks to you, Erin for doing such a wonderful job. Had it not been for your creativity and patience, my new look would not be this gorgeous! You are indeed a professional artiste. Your presence and encouraging remarks made an otherwise depressing, discouraging visit positively memorable. I am truly grateful.

Richard, you were absolutely correct in your assessment of Erin. She did an excellent job on my head. Erin is one of the best in the business. But more importantly, it was not just her creativity; she knows how to treat her clients; how to make us feel at ease. My life will never be the same because of her talent, your generosity, Jeff's gentle professionalism, and most of all, Dylan's kindness, professionalism and patience with me.

You shall all hear from one of my neighbors real soon. She said she is saving to come up to New York before the end of the year.

Hello Richard,

I just wanted you to know that I was very pleased with my hair system. Mary Davis gave me excellent service when I went to have my cut in done in Atlanta. She was very professional, compassionate, and pleasant. I also was made to feel very welcome by Tommy. The salon was very nice and they both made me feel very special, and not just another number.

I am attaching some before and after photos. I am very talented in styling hair and this system gives me a lot of flexibility. If you ever need a model, I would be willing to be one. They also took some digital photos at the shop.

Richard thank you for coming up with a system that does not look, or feel like a wig. Thanks to Home Delivery, I was able to see you at work and knew that is exactly what I wanted. It was well worth the money.
