Dear Dylan,
Where do I begin to let you and Richard and
Gosia and Robert know how completely satisfied this former fearful pessimist is
today after my cut-in and the incredible experience of looking in the mirror and
seeing the person I haven't seen for a long, long time? At each step of the way,
you were all there to answer all my questions and provide me with the facts that
I needed to overcome my hesitance and go for it! Thank you everybody. It was so
worth it!
Dylan, it was a long process, I know! I had been through a
terrible experience with a totally inferior competitor and had spent thousands
of dollars on transplants with disappointing results over the years - all of
which left me with so many doubts and fears. But your patience, positiveness and
attentiveness to all my concerns made this amazing new feeling possible. Knowing
I was talking to someone who knew exactly how I was feeling just helped so much.
The results are beyond anything I had imagined!
Gosia is a true artist and
professional. Her eye for color and her skillful work with the scissors are
truly exceptional. But it was her willingness to take the time to give me
exactly the look I wanted that ultimately achieved the perfection! It was the
amazing experience "playing" with my hair and watching it move in the mirror
that convinced me that I had made the right decision.
