This mail is in regards to the feedback on my system which I got.

I have been wearing this system for about 4 weeks now and I should say - I AM VERY VERY HAPPY..!!!

My personality has been sky high ever since I wore this system. I have never seen any system which is so natural that makes it really standapart.
Infact a famous Art director's makeup man was dressing me up for a photo shoot and he was absolutely stunned when I told him I was wearing a system...
Friends, Colleagues, Relatives all are very happy to see me wearing this system and everyone has given me just positive feedback's.

I must thank Richard, you and Vinod for making me feel very nice, confident and just change my outlook.
Special kudos to Vinod who is based out of Bangalore center, he is really very talented and is a real asset to your company.

Hi Andrea and Maritza,

I cannot begin to tell you how many people have come to me since then with various positive comments like, "Something is different and you look 20 years younger", "Wow - you look great", "What did you do - how did you get a transplant so quickly?", "Where did you have this done?", etc....

Quite honestly, my self esteem has gone through the roof and I feel better than I have in a long time about my appearance. The only regret I have is not having consulted with Farrell Hair sooner.

The personal maintenance on my system has become easier each time; I have a few questions or suggestions that I would like to mention when I see you this Saturday, November 5th at 3:00 p.m. Until then, have a good rest of the week and again, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was truly amazing experience , to use the system of Farrell.Farrell system is unique.I have seen numerous system and experienced the hair bonding system. But Farrell system is unique,as it is easy to use ,very light weight and we feel as if we are having our original hair.

I LOVE my hair.  Everyone back here loves it.  My sister and best friend who would definitely tell me what they think (always have and always will!) were stunned!  I went to show each of them separately and they had no words!  After a minute or so, they started looking at my hairline ( I only told them that I was getting extensions) and then they just couldn't tell me enough how "cool" my hair looked. They got real close and were studying my scalp to the point where I said, "c'mon, back off".  They couldn't find a flaw!   I work with 3 engineers who I fully expected to give me a hard time.  They too were just stunned and complimented me ( total shock).  My kids said, "I can't believe this is my mom!"  No more "mom hair".  I want to thank you  so much.  You are so gifted.  I love my color and cut.  I am so happy.

Hello Richard,

I just want to let you know that I really love my new hair. After watching your videos and commercials all these year I always wondered if it could really be this good. Now I know that your hair systems are the best. After what I call the hair make-over I could not wait to show it off. I went to the Hair Club to make sure that my account was canceled. As I sat in the lobby waiting to speak to the regional manager my hair stylist walked pass me and starred at me with her eyes wide open and said come back to me room. She sat me down, looked at my hair and said: " No freaking way!, look at that hair line" and said "wait right here I want our new manager to see"

Soon I was surrounded with 4 hair club employees and one manager, I swear Richard I was honey and they were a bunch of bees. They looked, circled around my hair, I heard the mmm, the wow, the awesome and what a hair line. Tony is my backup hair stylish, he look me straight in the eye and said: "Ray you look awesome" Soon the regional manager walked in and they said to her, "look at Ray's new hair"
I went into the regional managers office and she commented that my hair looked fantastic.

Finally I went to the front desk to work out my schedule and a girl who I usually joke with from Hair Club ask me who did my hair and I said Richard Farrell. She looked puzzled since no one by that name worked there. She said: who is he? I told her in Spanish that you are from another company. She ask me where can she find you. I told her your website and she asked me to write it down for her.

Wow, I must say that I did not expect this type of response. The hair was so good that they really could not hold back their true feelings.

San Antonio, Texas in the dead of summer
If you have ever been to San Antonio in the summer, you know it is like walking into an oven when you go outside. I love Texas but dang, it gets hot! We planned an all day trip to visit the Alamo, hang out at the river walk and go up in the Tower of the Americas. Trust me when I say it was hot. The one thing I kept thinking was even though this is a Farrell system, will the adhesive hold. The first few hours we were at the Alamo I would slip into a bathroom and check the system thinking it might be coming loose on the hair line because I was sweating so much. To my surprise the hair system stood up beautifully and was on tight and my hair style was still looking sweet. Speaking of hair style, there is one thing I noticed and I think only Farrell systems do this because they design each system custom with a part line like your real hair. When I would sweat, my system still looked normal. When I would splash water on it, it would fall just like my real hair. It must be the way they make them because I was pretty impressed with how the system would adapted to my environment.

After a few hours of checking the system every time I saw a bathroom, my paranoia dissipated and after a while I completely forgot I was wearing a hair system and just enjoyed the day.

All and all it was a great day in Texas
Just for the record, I use Farrell’s own Blue Adhesive so your experience may vary depending on what kind you use.

The Final grade for testing the Farrell System in extreme humidity is A+. I couldn’t have been happier with the way the hair system stood up in this heat. After what seemed like 40 gallons of sweat leaving my body, Farrell’s System still looked great at the end of the day.

If you live somewhere like Texas where there is extreme heat and humidity and are worried about the performance of the system, don’t be. If you look on Farrell’s website at www.farrellhair.com, he talks about how they design their system to breath. I never really understood what that meant until today. That is one of the pluses with a Farrell system. Unlike like traditional systems, He creates his so if you sweat, the system allows for the sweat to come through the hair system like it would with real hair. Pretty cool!

At this point I am almost half way through my vacation and the Farrell Hair Replacement System has held up beautifully. Today is the day I do the big roller coaster test. Since I have worn a Farrell System for almost two years now, I have ridden a few roller coasters and there has never been a problem. However the roller coaster I will ride today is a hypercoaster called the Steel Eel. This ride has a 15 story drop and gets up to 65 mph. According to the Sea World website, the main difference between a roller coaster and a hypercoaster is the amount of air time and weightlessness you feel with a hypercoaster.

Hi Richard/Laura,

It's been almost 2 years now since I got the hair system. I must say it's really good.
When I first met Richard in India, I was very apprehensive as to how this will work out.
But now, I feel the effort is worth it.

It was very irritating to catch people's attention every time I went out before I got the hair
system. It was even more irritating to explain to them why I looked so different without the
hairs. That's when I started looking online for solutions and I found Farrell. And incidentally
Richard was coming down to India in Jan 2007. I took an appointment, met him and got
convinced of his ideas to implement these systems. I ordered two systems the very day.
